The convergence of multifamily housing and data center infrastructure — Nic Espanet explains why this intersection is a massive opportunity.
When multifamily housing feeds off the data center boom, it’s a win-win.
In this episode, I sit down with Nic Espanet with Flex Equity Group, to unpack his latest acquisition in Abilene, TX and why the arrival of data centers is creating massive upside for investors, residents, and the local economy.
Nic has been improving communities for years. Every time his team renovates a multifamily complex, they transform an entire neighborhood:
- Deferred maintenance remediated
- Community spaces refreshed
- Amenities added or upgraded
- Interiors modernized
- Neighbor-focused gatherings that foster real fellowship
This conversation is about more than numbers. It’s about the ripple effects of smart investment, on both people and place.
