In recent years Natural Resource and Commercial Real Estate properties have become his main area of focus, because they offer consistent cash flowing returns.
He has a passion for investing and helping other people from all walks of life achieve their goals by overcoming adversity. Carson holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University.

Ewa and Mirek have been investing in real estate at various levels since 2008. Throughout those years, they have continued investing in real estate properties successfully growing their portfolio in Chicagoland.
They have self-managed their rental properties gaining valuable experience from the ground up in handling all the challenges of owning and managing rental properties
Since 2018 by launching EMKA Investments, they have started focusing on larger complexes due to their high demand, stability in economic change, and strong cash flows year to year. EMKA Investments focuses on finding value-add apartment building deals in stabilized markets and acquiring them by partnering with experienced co-sponsors and passive investors. Currently, they are involved in over 1300 units as limited partners in Texas, Arizona, and Florida.
